The line was super long, and once we got up there they wouldn’t let us do all our online orders but made us go around and wait in line again. Then when we got to the window it took them forever to get our stuff ready, mixed up some of our drinks, and we’re just generally unhelpful. The service was terrible, and the staff were rude. However, the food was actually really good. I got the luxe box and it was some of the best Taco Bell I’ve had. I don’t know if it was just because it was 12:30 and I was starving but it was delicious. Unfortunately the service left a bad taste in my mouth.

Lady was extremely rude and lied about talking to the manager. Honestly it’s doesn’t save anytime for anyone in the long run anddd if you think about it it’s no different than ordering for 5 people in your car at once.
