  I am extremely disappointed with the Buffalo Wild Wings in Greencastle, Indiana. The customer service is consistently horrible — inattentive staff, long wait times, and a complete lack of urgency or care for customers. Even more concerning is the food quality. On multiple visits, several items were served not cooked to proper temperature. Receiving food that is lukewarm or undercooked is unacceptable, especially at a restaurant that specializes in wings and hot food. What truly blows my mind is ordering a Chicken Caesar Salad on three separate occasions and having it come out without chicken every single time. How does that even happen repeatedly? What makes it worse is that staff even acknowledged that a “chicken” salad with no chicken was strange — yet no one bothered to properly follow up or fix the issue in a meaningful way. That level of indifference is incredibly frustrating. After multiple bad experiences, it’s clear this location needs major improvement in both service and food standards. I would not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone expecting even basic consistency or professionalism.

  There is never paper towels in the restroom. Bartender is very nice and attentive.

  We come to see Mel and will only let her take care of us. Even when she is busy she make sure to take care of us.

  I had my first ever Espresso Martini at the location in Greencastle Indiana. It was amazing. Mel you did a great job and I now look forward to seeing you so I can have another. I highly recommend. Thank you Mel for the great service the great martini
