  I started ordering from this Dominos 4 years ago. After ordering for a year, the taste was so pathetic that I stopped ordering here. I switched to Papa Johns and Dominos on Edison. It wasn’t until a year after that we were on that side and I decided to see if things had changed and ordered a pickup from store. Indeed something about the taste had changed and it was so much better. So we started ordering from them regularly about a year back. It started off great taste wise, until one evening a pick up order took just about 2.5 hours to get completed because they had a huge order. It was ridiculous. Imagine a 9 year old waiting that long to eat dinner. Well, it happens once in a while- I ignored. Then 2 more times slightly delayed deliveries- not outrageous- so ignored. Then the last time undercooked break bites, where you could actually pull the raw dough out. Today, I placed an order for 12:33 and it is now 1:56 as I am typing this and the delivery is still not here. I called the store at 1:14 PM because there was no movement on the tracker and they said that they got a 30 pizza order, so it will be at least 30 minutes more. After having waited 45 min, the associate gave me the option of canceling my order!! Seriously!!!???!!! I requested to talk to the manager, who offered me a free medium 2 topping pizza and said it would be 25 more min. It has now been 45 min and the delivery is still not here! This Dominos management is wrong on so many levels. 1. You get an order for 30 pizzas, so you stall every other order. You/your app doesn’t let anyone know at the time of placing the order that it will be delayed. You prohibit customers from making an informed decision, so they can order from some other place. 2. Your customer service is so excellent that your associate gives the customer the option to cancel the order after 45 minutes of waiting. 3. Your sorry doesn’t help when a 10 year old has to wait 2 hours to get his pizza. Nor does it help people with diabetes who eat their medication 30 min before food based on your estimate. 4. Your free pizza doesn’t make up for ill management so many times. I am done with this Dominos forever. People save yourself the headache, switch to the one on Edison or any other pizza place. Take your business and hard earned money to where your business is valued.

  Was told a half hour for to be ready to be picked up. Got there & was told 15 mins. Waited the 15mins still wasn't ready. Had to wait another 25 mins.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was hot and ready when I got there. I did not have to wait more than 7 minutes for my pizza so by the time I drove there, I walked in, grabbed it, and walked back out. Will definitely order from this location again in the future.

  They said my coupon was expired even though it showed no expiration on the coupon? I was flabbergasted. They said yes, I understand and I agree with you but we won’t let you use it. It wasn’t worth debating over a pizza. Just took my business else where. Won’t be back again.
