    Hours say they open at 5am. Placed a pick up a order at 5:15am. Pulled up at 5:18 am. Guy said it would be another 15-20 minutes. So we waited. At 5:40 he tells us it's going to be another 10 minutes because he's by himself. Then tells us the latte I ordered can't be made but he has iced coffee. At that point being 5:45am I cancelled the order. If you can't be open and ready at 5am don't accept mobile orders. We watched someone else pull up and leave. Change your opening hours to 6am if you can't have your staffing together!

    ZERO STAR! no wonder this place is 2 star rating! I placed an online order, went and picked it up. When I got inside, I placed anWhen I got inside, I placed a small order which was two double cheeseburgers, and two small fries which I forgot to add to my online order. After 30 minutes of waiting, I decided to ask about my order. The one guy asked to see my phone, and I showed him my phone and told him what I can do to help him to make it easier for him to get my order made up so I can get home to my teenage kids and hungry family. After 10 minutes of walking around and keep coming back and asking me to look at my phone I showed him it was placed at that location, it was paid for, and showed him my entire order. Eventually, there was a short Mexican guy, a little bigger on the belly with some neck, tattoos kind of messy hair and I’m not sure if he was the manager or not but finally he came to me and told me it’s not in the system. You will have to cancel the entire order and then re-order it. It was a pretty big order considering I had six people to feed and lots of desserts as well so it irritated me and so I just went ahead and called customer care and let them know what was going on and while I was on the phone with them, I asked the same guy with the neck, tattoos if he could just give me a refund for the two double cheeseburgers and two fries because I will be going elsewhere to get food and he point-blank looked at me and shook his head. No refused to give me my money. So I went ahead and made a complaint over the phone with customer care and left that food in the bag sitting on the counter we will see what happens next.never going back there again and that Mexican guy needs fired! Bad attitude and I was nice, cause I can in bad situations I can still hold my cool! So here I am spending $50 on food now going somewhere else to spend $50 on food or more

    Drive thru line didn’t move for 10 minutes. Went inside and there was no food being served inside either. If you can’t provide service, just close your doors …quit wasting peoples time thinking they are going to get served! Worst McD’s experience I’ve had.

    I wasn't going to write this because I prefer only leaving good reviews but I am just so mind blown from our experience. Out of the 20+ years I have worked in customer service, I have never met someone so lazy and full of excuses for why they cant do their job. An hour and a half until they close and the lady said half the menu was unavailable because she wanted to leave due to allergies flaring up from the weather. She wasnt making any fried foods and nothing with ice cream (which I do understand that because the machines have to be cleaned and it's winter so not even a big deal). My child has been working at a school competition for 16 hours and just wanted fries and chicken nuggies. I will say the younger guy we had last weekend was absolutely amazing and so kind so I applaud him!
