- MHMaKayla HartDec 23, 20252.0Ordered on the mobile app. Ordered two of the steak and garlic nacho fries and one Quesarito and the chicken dippers and two drinks… well got told they were out of nacho fries… probably just didn’t want to make them…had to substitute it for nacho bell grandes and they barely had anything on them (pictured provided… mostly just chips and no meat just half made remember this is suppose to be 6 dollars after tax and all the topping are skimpy) had to remind them of our drinks when there is 4 employees just standing around talking doing nothing. Glad I checked my box because I had to remind them of the garlic sauce too the whole point of the dippers It’s just like does the managers not care about their employees not doing their jobs correctly… this is people’s food you are messing with. Absolutely ridiculous.

I understand that they have time limits and other people waiting, but there was one car behind me. When we got to the windows there was no greeting and no smile. She nearly shoved the pin pad at me and when I told her I input the wrong number and needed the thing reset she shived it back and just said "pin". She didn't ask for size of my drink and gave me a small. Then slammed the window after giving me my food. This makes me not want to go back and I probably won't.

So kind, polite and in general offered great service! My food came out quickly and was made well! Thank you!! Not a full 5 star because I tried calling in several times to speak with someone directly to leave a kind word, the phone just rang and rang and hung up.
