  I wasn't going to write this because I prefer only leaving good reviews but I am just so mind blown from our experience. Out of the 20+ years I have worked in customer service, I have never met someone so lazy and full of excuses for why they cant do their job. An hour and a half until they close and the lady said half the menu was unavailable because she wanted to leave due to allergies flaring up from the weather. She wasnt making any fried foods and nothing with ice cream (which I do understand that because the machines have to be cleaned and it's winter so not even a big deal). My child has been working at a school competition for 16 hours and just wanted fries and chicken nuggies. I will say the younger guy we had last weekend was absolutely amazing and so kind so I applaud him!

  I stopped thru the drive through and ordered a double quarter pounder no onions with mayo and a triple cheeseburger well they put that new spicy hunny stuff and made my food spicy and I hate spicy food and I wanted a shamrock shake and the shake machine never works so you were false advertising there was no reason to put that spicy mustard on my food and apparently they put it on Mom's food

  Eran las 11:30pm pedí un pedido no me lo hicieron. Fui para adentro no me ante dieron. El drive thru no respondieron. Si quieren dinero entonces respondan estuche afuera esperando mi orden media hora.

  I have no words for how bad this particular McD is, I'll just explain the events and you can make your judgments. My wife and I pulled into the drive through at 9:40 on a Saturday they inter come said when you're ready tell me your order. Seemed normal I started asking for my wife's order and the lady cut me off and said I told you to wait tell I am ready... okay, maybe she had a rough day I let it pass and waited patiently. 10:02 I was Tired of waiting so I backed up and parked to go inside and was getting irritated as I walked through the door. they had one employee setting on their phone loudly talking to a girl about their night activities. I got to the counter and saw the rest of the staff setting on their phones watching videos. no one would take my order at the counter so I ordered at the kiosk. The manager looked at the order and said someone get his stupid order.  I asked my wife to wait in the car because I expected rude comments from the employees, I didn't want my wife to hear. 10 mins passed and the manager pulled her phone away and handed me a cup then when I asked for a straw because the drink station was out she said their behind the counter just get it yourself...never had to do that be for then they brought me my food I asked for some sauce and she said you have to pay for sauce (doesn't sauce come with nuggets) I said no worries I'll just go without... I have never had such a weird experience because the local McD calls me a "mc regular" hope someone important sees this. sucks to see people acting so poorly.
