They wanted to play in the play area, but it was freezing and the staff said the heat was out and needed to be fixed. I am here right now, one year later...and the heat is still not working! The entire restaurant is freezing cold, including the play area. I told my son to wash his hands before eating and both soap dispensers in the Men's bathroom are empty. I informed the staff and they didn't seem to care at all. So I was forced to knock on the Women's bathroom, make sure no one was inside, to wash their hands. And as it turns out, BOTH of the soap dispensers in that bathroom are empty as well. How is the staff washing their hands if all the soap dispensers are empty?!
