    Food was good over all, disappointed since soda machine didn't work. Service was slow for the drive thru, and the atmosphere felt gloomy.

    If I could leave zero stars.... I WOULD. The lobby drink fountain didn't work, so the guy at the counter filled our cups up. BUT, They only had Diet Coke & Sweet tea available.. so we just asked for Sweet tea. The tea we got was not sweet at all. Once our food came, my burger was made incorrectly. The fries were cold & hard (like they've been sitting for a long time). The tables were absolutely gross, The floors were sticky & there was trash & food on the floor in the kids area. When asking for help with things. The guy at the counter would just walk away & dissappear in the back & wouldn't come back. Service just sucks in general. This McDonald's is the absolute worst one in Goshen/Elkhart area. I'm writing this as we're pulling away from the restaurant & my stomach is in knots. Definitely won't be returning to this one. Save yourself the headache & just go next door to Culvers instead.... their drink fountain actually works.

    It's been years since I have visited a McDonald's and now I know why. I finally got my food 35 minutes after I ordered it. Needless to say neither I or my wife were too pleased. This story can go on but I will not bore anyone with the details. I will never go back.

    This has to be the WORST mcdonald's in Indiana. Last month I got a fish patty instead of a chicken sandwhich.(thank god im not allergic) the soda machine has been broken for years. The one in the back must be broken too because the tea & the coke is replaced was absolutely disgusting. The girl up front was completely rude. Not a good day or a you're welcome. Probably doesn't even speak English. Bathroom is always filthy. I wouldn't let my kids play on that play area. Soap in the soap dispenser is useless. I honestly dont have a single nice thing to say about this place. Only putting 1 star because I can't put 0 or negative.
