  4 people working and not one person turned around to acknowledge myself or my family when we walked in! Ordered on the kiosk and waited and waited. 2 other customers came in they waited a few minutes then were taken care of - AND WE WERE STILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGING!!!! Had to go to the counter to ask for my order and the status since we did not order drinks! And to tell them to have better customer service since they CHOSE to work in a customer service job. The girl with the fake eyelashes replied with an attitude and DID NOT HELP ME WITH MY ORDER ANYWAY AND JUST KEPT TALKING BACK! anyway 1 employee understood and he got my receipt and filled my order and apologized - to top it off half of the donuts we wanted were not available so just a horrible experience over all. All that being said the employees at this store need more customer service training and more employees if they can’t handle the work with just 4 people. Oh and the restaurant was not very clean either, the tables were dirty and there were crumbs everywhere.

  overpriced coffee straight black taste like nothing. Speedway is better coffee for sure!

  It took forever for ONE sandwich only being 3 cars there that were behind us, but the girl that then brought the food out had an attitude or something because the look on her her when giving us our food was not a greeting face. I don’t pay businesses my hard earned money just to be treated as such. Do better!

  Lady taking the order was rude as hell and was constantly interrupting me while ordering. Then we get to the window and my drink comes out and we sit for a while and wait on my husband's. They hand us the drink and it's not even the right damn drink and before I can say anything the window closes and they walk away. We get home and our munchkin donuts are squashed like someone just threw them in a bag roughly with their fingers. Get some new workers. In order to work at a "fast food" or "restaurant setting" a requirement should be you have to know how to read and apparently you people are so desperate you hire people who can't. My husband ordered a frozen caramel coffee and he got a frozen hot chocolate. Not even the same damn color. I guess from now on we will go to pike street or Starbucks until yall can get it together. ZERO STARS!!!!!
