Ordered 2 6pc strip baskets thru drive thru. Gal at the window (was told she was mgmt but refused to give first name) shorted $7 in change n got disgusted when I pointed that out to her..then I'm asked to pull forward n park they'll bring my order out to me. It never happened. After bout 30 min of waitin n now seein ppl come n go while I'm still waitin..so I go inside (which is difficult for me as I'm over 70 n have bad knees n recent shoulder surgery) only to have this same gal get really rude sayin I thought u already got it...as if I was lyin to them ... my family n I frequent DQ on a very regular basis..however I will NEVER go to this location again n would not recommend any one else go there either...it's by far the worst DQ...I have grandkids to young to get jobs that r more mature n respectful than the mgmt at this location....shame on them n those that allow it to continue bein run this way
