  What is going on with your service?!? Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes! If it wasn't for the fact that my kids really wanted DQ I would have left. How can this location still be in business? The DQ on the south side of Goshen is so much better and we've never had to wait like that. You don't know how to run a resturant and it shows.

  Consistently appalling service. Staff incapable of offering even the most basic customer service. Gotta credit management for the lack training or maybe just hire people who can at least pretend to care about their job.

  Dealt with Evan in the drive-through had very amazing service wish there could be an oven for all the fast food drive-through’s. He was that good

  When Dairy Queen on pike Street with Gift Card. Was told can't use Gift Card, Gift Card reader isn't working. Why sell Gift Cards if we can't use them. How long has it been out or should I ask when will it be fixed? P
