- HHhim2 days ago1.0Drove 30 minutes to come here and it was easily the worst experience I’ve had at Chipotle. We walked in before 9pm and stood there while the line was completely backed up with online orders. The employees had a full tray of chicken sitting there but refused to serve it to anyone in-store because it was “for online orders.” So after waiting, I was forced to get steak instead—and it was dry and clearly had been sitting there way too long. On top of that, they were out of basic things like utensils, napkins, and even chips. I ended up paying around $20 for a meal that was small, low quality, and incomplete. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism. Employees were laughing, messing around, and not taking anything seriously while customers were just stuck waiting. I even saw one of them hitting a THC pen in the back. Overall, terrible service, poor food quality, and zero organization. I won’t be coming back to this location.
