  Order wasn't ready at the window you I was sent to a reserved dineout spot to wait. Waited 20 minutes. Food arrived barely warm and was cold by the time I got home.

  This place actually sucks. I ordered one breakfast sandwich, two hash browns, and two drinks fifteen minutes before I got there and had to wait ten minutes inside while they are not busy at all. Then the manager asks me if I’ve been taken care of I tell him no and I tell him which order is mine and point to it. He then proceeds to disappear and do absolutely nothing. Then they make this girl make my drink who obviously has no clue what she’s doing, and proceeds to make it wrong and have to remake it. This is not the first time something like this has happened.   Not sure what has happened to this place over the last several years. It seems impossible to get a sausage biscuit without being directed to the reserved drive thru for another 15 minute wait

  Service was terrible. Employees were rude. Waited 10 minutes, had to ask for our cups. Waited another 15 minutes before I went back to the register to ask for our food to go. I was approached by a young lady saying we are waiting on your food. We ordered a big mac meal, 20 piece chicken nugget, and a cheeseburger happy meal. After about 35 minutes, we got our food to go. We get in the car and the cheeseburger happy meal is NOT a cheeseburger at all. It is cheese on a bun, NO BURGER and hair in our chicken nuggets. Mind you, there were only two other people in the whole restaurant. Get it together, McDonalds.. I would give 0 stars if thst was an option.
