  Sat in the Drive thru lane 2 for about 10 mins before being waited on. Watched 3 others go through lane 1. 2 whom showed up after us and we were even told be with you in a moment and then they took care of the other person! Worst 20 dollars spent. We are regulars weekly as well. When we told the lady at the window she laughed and said, " we tell them its broke all the time and doesnt work right" and that was it. The young man that handed us our food just said, "ok".

  I visited this location on Jan 4th, 2026. I can't give you the exact time as I wasn't given a receipt, but it was around 7:45pm. I ordered 2 McDoubles, a McChicken, and 2 Apple Pies to go. We waited for more than 10 minutes for our order because the store, as does every store now, prioritized the drive-thru customers over those that actually came in the store. When we got home, I unwrapped my McDoubles and they had been assembled in the most haphazardly mindless way possible. After eating my Mcdoubles, we went to eat our apple pies when my wife noticed the stickers on the boxes that said enjoy by 3:55pm. I used to work at McDonalds as a teenager and we were religious about disposing expired food. We took care in assembling the food before it was given to a customer. It's really pathetic that such little quality assurance is taking place at McDonalds now.

  I don't eat at McDonald's often I have eaten twice in a month here and both times they got my order incorrect. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel with no egg no cheese, with extra breakfast sauce. But what I got was double egg, 3 pieces of cheese and absolutely no sauce. The oj was just colored water.

  I never complain or leave reviews anywhere but this just wasn't right! I ordered 2 grinch meals, 1 big Mac and 1 nugget and a #1 meal. We got all the way home which isn't far but our meal was wrong. We got 2 nugget grinch meals and no socks in 1. We went back and was just treated very rudely. They fixed the meal but acted like I was trying to steal another pair of socks! I just wanted what I paid for. Then i got to go home and have a cold big Mac! Thank you McDonald's 😉all the reasons I won't eat there!
