  Service was terrible. Employees were rude. Waited 10 minutes, had to ask for our cups. Waited another 15 minutes before I went back to the register to ask for our food to go. I was approached by a young lady saying we are waiting on your food. We ordered a big mac meal, 20 piece chicken nugget, and a cheeseburger happy meal. After about 35 minutes, we got our food to go. We get in the car and the cheeseburger happy meal is NOT a cheeseburger at all. It is cheese on a bun, NO BURGER and hair in our chicken nuggets. Mind you, there were only two other people in the whole restaurant. Get it together, McDonalds.. I would give 0 stars if thst was an option.

  Took 35-40 minutes for a happy meal, 20 piece McNugget and a Big Mac with little to no people in the lobby. People came in and ordered food after us and received their food before us.

  I come here every Friday for years now but probably not anymore after today. Rather just go to Corydon instead. Have had issues in the past where they never put bacon on anything, always no BBQ sauce for happy meals, extremely long waits, never onions, stale buns, last week was lemonade that was purely pulp. Today they did the no bacon again but this other one is new. How in the world do the miss the chicken in a chicken sandwich??? It's in the name! Basically just wasting money going there. 10/10 would not recommend.

  Going to a McDonalds, the bar isn't ever set very high - but this location trips on the bar, even when its on the ground. I'm not sure I've ever received a full order without having to go back inside and get something. Hence why I was in there today around 445pm. I walked in to get my double cheeseburger and the employees were yelling at each other. Loudly. I stood at the counter waiting to be helped while they did this. At the same time I watched a fry cook pick up a handful of fries from the little fry station, and cram them in his mouth right before grabbing the next tray to drop into the fryer. Completely unacceptable and I will forever bypass this location going forward. I suggest you do the same.

  It would be nice if your order actually was right when they hand it to you or the window. In this latest failure, I asked for no cheese on my Double Quarter Pounder, with only lettuce, mayo, and pickle. I was charged for lettuce, but none was on my burger AND it had the cheese I didn't want. It shouldn't be that difficult to read the ticket.
