  Sit here for 40 min every time, tried ordering online and picking up and still sat here for 40 min. For sure the shittiest Taco Bell out there

  This place is sitting on a gold mine of Taylor University students who would gladly give them their money in exchange for some decent late night food. However, this is ruined by slow preparation times, items not being available, wrong orders, or just plain nasty food. I've been here twice, and both times I've waited 45min+ for just a $7 box. Quality was hit or miss. I've heard horror stories of 2 hour waits, moldy quesadillas, and running out of beef. Management is fumbling and they should be ashamed of themselves.

  Just earlier tonight me and my boyfriend were getting food and I was waiting for my fries. An employee working there went in who *wasn't* on the clock at the time. Went in behind the counter then out to the lobby where we were. He was talking to one of my taylor buddies and his friend he knew from highschool and having a conversation. When this employee started smacking him and knocked his hat off. * They did know each other* but I told them numerous times to stop touching him like that. Especially since their an employee they shouldn't be touching someone like that in a public area. Specially if they work there. I dont know about evryone but thats just not right. So far management hasnt done anything. Were both not going back, if at all. Have told all my college friends about it and now on here.

  It took me 40 minutes to get my food. The food was correct. But it wasn't warm. The fiesta potatoes were all hard. Inside was so loud from college boys waiting for food

  Awful experience! Its very rare, for me, to write a bad review. SAVE YOUR MONEY or go to another location! This location has no food standards, no employee hygiene standards, cleanliness is a concept no one has heard of, ... I could go on. Rude staff. My order was so wrong, I actually attempted to call, with no answer. Spoke to a manager the next day and was promised a "do-over" AND a FULL refund. I thought that was more than generous. Went to collect on the promise, that day, and manager was gone. Told never refunds, only "do-overs". Gladly accepted my "do-over", only for it to be incomplete! When I stopped the manger and explained what was still missing, I was met with eye rolls and "well that's all your getting. I dont care what's your missing. It was free." I dont think I need to continue. I haven't bothered, from then.
