- TMt michaelFeb 12, 20265.0A co-worker and I usually stop for breakfast at around 7:00 at least 2-3 times a week. Most mornings a lady by the name of Kimberly is working at the drive thru. She is absolutely wonderful and probably my all time favorite person I've ever had the privilege of interacting with in fast food! She's fast and is always cheerful! She's exactly the type of person you'd want in any kind of customer service! She's a little ray of sunshine that I look forward to seeing on the way to work.
- JJJeffFeb 1, 20261.0Ordered online and when I arrived they didn't have corned beef for the rubiens,the laughing kid on the speaker says Ordered anything else to replace it, I ask for the brisket which he's very amused to tell me they don't have so I end up with classic beef which is half the price of what I paid for but because I paid online I was just out of luck

I ordered double roast beef on both sandwiches, and neither sandwich was double, the only item I have received correctly was curly fries. I mean why is looking at everything we order to confirm the way of life? Pay extra for food, TRUST your getting it and get home and you’re robbed! I checked my bag, but I guess now you have to literally open everything sandwich wrapper before you can go home
