  The reuben sandwich didn't taste the same as it has in the past. The sauce tasted off and the French fries were cold.

  I recently visited the Arby’s in Gas City, Indiana (Store #06073), and I had to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Ryan. Ryan handled our entire experience—from taking our order, to cashing us out, to personally handing us our food—and he did it all with such professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. He is truly the perfect example of what great customer service should look like. It’s very rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond the way Ryan did. His positive attitude and the care he showed made our entire experience stand out and honestly made our day brighter. Employees like Ryan are hard to find, and he is absolutely an asset to your team. I truly hope he gets the recognition he deserves—because we definitely need more people like him.

  A co-worker and I usually stop for breakfast at around 7:00 at least 2-3 times a week. Most mornings a lady by the name of Kimberly is working at the drive thru. She is absolutely wonderful and probably my all time favorite person I've ever had the privilege of interacting with in fast food! She's fast and is always cheerful! She's exactly the type of person you'd want in any kind of customer service! She's a little ray of sunshine that I look forward to seeing on the way to work.

  Ordered online and when I arrived they didn't have corned beef for the rubiens,the laughing kid on the speaker says Ordered anything else to replace it, I ask for the brisket which he's very amused to tell me they don't have so I end up with classic beef which is half the price of what I paid for but because I paid online I was just out of luck
