I usually give places a fair chance, but my experience at Subway was really disappointing. The bread was stale and chewy instead of fresh, the veggies looked old and soggy, and the meat portions were way too small for the price. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed, even though the place wasn’t busy. To make it worse, the restaurant wasn’t very clean—tables were sticky and the floor needed sweeping. For what I paid, I definitely expected better quality and service. Honestly, it felt like they just didn’t care about the customer experience. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

I went in around between 5:00 and 5:30pm. I asked if I could get a party box which contains 6 different subs cut up. I was told I couldn’t get that. When I went to the Ridge Road store the previous week around the same time they did it with no problem. So I asked if I could get 6 foot long subs. The worker said, “I have to ask.” “Wait…what?” Subway wants you to question if they want to make money? The entire premise of the restaurant is subs! Well of course they had to make the 6 footlong subs 🤦🏾♀️ Really?
