As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- AAAriDec 27, 20251.0This location constantly gets my order wrong, and this experience was the final straw. After receiving an incorrect order, I drove all the way back to the store and waited in the drive-thru to have it fixed. I calmly asked for a small fry for the inconvenience of having to return and wait again due to their mistake. Instead of resolving the issue or showing any basic customer service, the manager chose to call the police and trespass me. That response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. A manager should be focused on correcting errors and keeping customers.....not escalating a minor issue over a small fry. I’ve spent a lot of money at Checkers over time, but this store has lost my business because of one manager who clearly does not value customers or accountability. If you care about correct orders and basic customer service, save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.

Blatant abuse of power, the manager at this location shouldn’t manage anything. If you aren’t competent enough to listen to your customers when your employee makes a mistake you should not be a manager. I asked for more onions in my order and when they got it wrong, I went back up to rectify this error. Instead of being met with understanding as I asked for a free fry out of the inconvenience, I was met with hostility and a trespass order. Does not make sense and shows how incompetent the management at this location is. Do not give this place your money.
