All because they were doing ONLINE ORDERS first, before helping a customer waiting at the drive through?? Ridiculous. Update, after sitting for 10 minutes in silence, they finally took my order and it took them almost another 10 additional minutes to make it. A simple, 6 inch meatball sandwich plain. That should take less than a minute and I could be on my way. And again, as I was pulling up through the drive-through, only one guy went inside as and no one else was in there besides two employees. Meanwhile, they serviced two more customers inside ahead of me even though they arrived well after me. Absolute bullshit. Never seen stupidity like this before.

If there is a single person in the building, it will take up to 10 minutes to pick up the sub that's already finished. I've worked fast food, I get it can get busy, but I have to be somewhere today and I don't have the time to wait that long for something I ordered 20 minutes in advance.
