  Made a mobile order and they came to the window twice saying they were out of a few things we ordered and asked about substitutes, not a huge deal . Then we got pulled forward and they bring it out and we were missing the only fry on the order , and they completely messed up the rest of the order as well . -_-

  This was our first visit to this location. We do not go to Wendy's often, but we had seen a commercial for the Thin Mint Frosty, and decided to try them. My husband and I each got a large chocolate Frosty. We paid and were asked to pull forward and wait. The wait was less than 3 minutes. The Frostys were not great and we would not get them again. The texture and the taste of the chocolate of the Frosty base did not seem right. The Thin Mint swirl was good, but primarily at the bottom half of our cups. The crumbled cookies at the top were nice, but sparse. We will not be trying them again, and in the future when we want a frozen treat we'll visit Dairy Queen. On a positive note, the employee working the drive-through window was very friendly.
