Once they were out of bagels (huh???) today they ran out of coffee and handed me a carafe to pour my own. It was cold. I was told eventually they would make more… The service deserves no stars. I’m confused at how they could be so unorganized and run out of literally the main items people come to enjoy. We won’t be back.
