  Didn't pack a lunch today, thought "ooh, I havent had any micky d's in a few years, ima get some breakfast." I pulled up to the drive through, was informed they only take mobile orders. Okay. So, I parked and went inside. There's a few kiosks in the middle of the room, no one at any registers. Stood there hungry for a few minutes. Welcome to future, where you can stand there with $52 in your pocket and cannot purchase food. Gonna be a long day. Mcdonalds replied, I told them basically the same thing. The pic is their reply. They just comment on your review to look hood I guess?

  The food was not great. Typically you can trust McDonalds for consistency, but the fries and big mac that my father-in-law had here were very subpar. I hope they figure some things out.

  Couldn't get waited on at the front counter. Kiosk stations were off. Staff to busy with mobile orders and drive thru orders to wait on me. Never was acknowledged that is was there by the staff. After waiting almost ten minutes I left.

  Rude employees that ignore you. Food that's made wrong. Never going back even to go to the restroom.Orderered at kiosk that had no receipt paper. Called out my order number food never gave us our drinks after my mom tried telling someone 4 times that we didn't get them and was ignored. I finally interrupted the cashier talking to her family member and got her to get our cup and smoothie. Then something told me to check our food because we had light ketchup and mustard on one cheese burger and one with light ketchup and mustard no onions . One was correct the other was missing pickles and onions too so when I brought it up to get it made correct they acted like I did something wrong. Horrible employees do better.

  This place has completely gone off the cliff, especially since the remodel and self-ordering. It is worse than pulling teeth to get help from a staff member, and when you do finally get their attention, that is if they do not just ignore you, they are very rude, and make you feel like you are a hassle to them. Mean while you hear them laughing and carrying on in back having a grand ol' time while they have a lobby full and drive thru is wrapped around the building at a stand still because they are not getting food out. The franchise needs an over-hall. I highly recommend corporate to evaluate the stores around here because they are horrible. All the store were remodeled a while back and they all look like they have been used and abused for years.
