  I went in to get 2 bowls of the chai oatmeal which is my favourite, But just to see a piece of hair in it. I was very disappointed I usually never have any bad experiences with this place but when i seen that in my bowl i was very disappointed.

  We walked in to the tropical smoothie with no greeting, we stood at the register for 10min before a word was said to us. There was one other person waiting for a togo order. After we were rang up the cashier just stood there silent with no words , we figured out she waiting for us to pay. We had a coupon on the app , but because we didn’t know she was waiting she had to cancel payment and add our coupon. I think that your employees need to be able to speak to the customers. It’s not welcoming at all and a very awkward experience. The smoothies was great but our overall experience makes me not want to come back.

  The employees are all super nice. Never have to wait long for my food. Always made fresh!! Our favorite smoothie place in town. The sweet potatoes are my fave!

  I love their smoothies BUT their management and corporate is the pits. They do not reach out when you have a concern. They do not follow their own terms and conditions. When Franklin store opened, they gave away free year of smoothies and I was in the 1st 50 if they had followed the terms. It said 18 and younger, yet they gave them to children. They also allowed saving places, so we had about 20 people get in line in front of us. I sadly will not go there again because they don't even care that they did a few of us wrong when we told them.

  Enjoy my yogurt bowl which was generously prepared. A mix up on the berries I preferred was quickly resolved w/o issue.
