- SMSamantha MorrisonNov 6, 20251.0I love their smoothies BUT their management and corporate is the pits. They do not reach out when you have a concern. They do not follow their own terms and conditions. When Franklin store opened, they gave away free year of smoothies and I was in the 1st 50 if they had followed the terms. It said 18 and younger, yet they gave them to children. They also allowed saving places, so we had about 20 people get in line in front of us. I sadly will not go there again because they don't even care that they did a few of us wrong when we told them.
