I asked multiple times to have it microwaved and said no to toasting. My sandwich was obviously toasted enough to crisp up the bread (making the bread extremely messy for the car) but the meat in the middle was ice cold. I was the only person in like, ordering 1 sandwich that was essentially bread, meat, and cheese took 5 mins for the person to even get my order.
