  This was my 3rd and last attempt to give the new management a chance. It progressively got worse. The first time I’m standing in line, the only in line, and they’re having a conversation with each other like I’m not there. I eventually walked out. The second time I debated between going to any other one but this one is closer so I gambled. And lost. I went in, one person in front of me trying to navigate the language barrier in preparation their sandwich, and me waiting patiently behind them. I assumed I was next but someone walked in for a pickup. They called them forward around me and proceeded to help them. I should have walked out! Another call ahead came in they prioritized them I finally walked out. Today, after my workout I only wanted a 6” turkey sub, I’d avoided this subway by going to the on in whiteland on my home, but this was closer. Got my 6” sub, she said that will be $14 and some change, I said excuse me? She repeated it and I asked how? She just looked at me like she didn’t understand. A guy came from the back. She asked him something, he did the order on the register and it was $6 instead. I get home, the bread is rubber! Clearly 2 to 3 days old and this was at 11:00 when I went there! I was hungry so I tried another bite and after playing tug of war with a sandwich I gave up! Never again! The subway on Morton street is beyond horrible! Don’t waste your time or your money!! Seriously!

  Will not be ordering from here no more my bread was hard.My food was not made right looked like it was just slopped together!

  It's very, very rare, in fact this may have never happened, that I've waited for a mobile order and watched at least half a dozen people walk out of a restaurant. Some people were in the middle of their order until they found out that this location was out of one ingredient or another (and boy were they out of a lot), and then promptly walked out, very upset. I eventually did get my sandwich (without ham, one of the many items not in stock), right at the very last minute of the promised time, but the atmosphere here was not a place I'd want to ever return to. It certainly doesn't help that the employees were speaking amongst each other in a language other than English, but this is likely not news to them, and if this place hasn't closed by now, then it will likely remain forever.
