  Worker here are incompetent. Slow workers, poor attitude, service is horrible. My food was cold, drink had one piece of ice in it when I got it. Just a waste of money. Horrible people

  Absolutely terrible experience at the drive-thru. The line to even place an order was painfully slow, but the real issue started when I finally reached the speaker. The woman on the other end was extremely rude, giving me a blunt “I can’t hear you” attitude instead of simply saying something polite like, “Sorry, could you repeat that please?” Customer service costs nothing, yet apparently it’s in short supply here. After I repeated my order louder, she didn’t even bother to say thank you. Just cold and dismissive. If this is the level of staff training, management seriously needs to step in. Very disappointing.

  Today wasn’t such a fun trip for lunch I sat in the car while my husband and my sevan year old daughter went in to grab our food witch was a wait that’s fine fresh food but i decided to walk in an before even maken it thro the second door I can hear the employees talkin n laughing so loud I get it have fun play around wen u have the chance but to hear the conversation of them speaking about ther sexuality gays an bis was not ok in a family restaurant im ok with wat people chose but my kid dnt need to here it in a family place getting food in my opinion I littlery had to step half way in the kitchen an tellem it wasn’t ok my kid was hearing them .. we also told the manager to n he had nothing to say not even an apology… said nothing to the employees… just saying do better this is a family place

  The Franklin McDonalds has to be the worst and slowest in Indiana if not the world and this has been going on for 10+ years. Any time i go they get my order wrong or forget something every. single. time. Then i have to come inside and wait forever for someone to finally acknowledge me at the register asking them to fix it to what i ordered. They also have always taken forever to get even a double cheeseburger and fries out, THE MAIN THING THEY SELL. If there are 5 cars in line expect it to take 15+ mins minimum. I avoid this location like the plague now because they are so terrible.
