  So this was my first time trying this place and while i gotta say the one person(i’m assuming a manager) i spoke to in the drivethu was wonderful and helpful. i did not expect the absolutely insane price tag of the food! so i expect excellent quality for the price you pay. I got chicken fingers (with buffalo) fries and a strawberry shake. The chicken itself was of decent size but even though it had only been sitting for less than 5 minutes before i tried it the breading had lost all crunch and the chicken was fairly dry. The buffalo sauce (which is clearly just vinegar based with some additives) had the consistency of water and the spiciness of it too! So for 12 bucks just for the chicken i would definitely expect far better quality. Now the fries were good and crispy but had little to no seasoning on them. Which confuses me because waffle fries were made to hold seasonings and sauces. The shake was pretty good not overly sweet or anything and made with either actual berries or a berry sauce. So a pass there. All together i’d say the food itself was fair for maybe half the price i paid for it. PS. I worked in food service for probably 10+ years and understand the insanity and stupidity of being under staffed. By no means should the manager ( if she even is one) have to be running most of the positions by herself. Let alone the systems for voiding items (which i’ve had to do countless times while working in restaurants) shouldn’t EVER be that difficult for the worker to do. It took probably 3-4 minutes to void 2 items off an UNPAID order. which doesn’t sound like alot but can be insanely stressful for the worker to have to do. So please update your systems.

  My husband and I just stopped in around 2 50pm . We told the server it was our first time here and he gave us am amazing rundown of te spice levels and how ordering food works. The price can be steep , but my god if you want real spicy comfort food , I CANNOT RECCOMMOND ENOUGH !! The flavor is amazing and the sauce was delicious. We got the loaded fries (must try) and we will be coming back to try more food :)

  This place is fantastic! The chicken is cooked very well, the dry rub tastes amazing, and the customer service is admirable. I really enjoyed my time here. I got the loaded fries and Hot dry rub on traditional wings and they were huge! Super tasty, highly recommend this place!

  Placed a doordash order at 11pm as their website states they are open until 1am, after waiting an hour and a half with 3 different dashers trying to pickup my order I tried calling the restaurant and my call was unanswered. I decided to just cancel the order.

  We were looking for some chicken to go with football and couldn’t have been more pleased. First time trying this place and every piece of food was delicious. 10/10 recommend please give them a try. We had a wrap and loaded fries and I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
