    We sat for over an hour before we got our food. The restaurant was maybe half full. Every single food item that came to our table was ice cold. Our server was nice and had it remade, still not a great a great experience. Will not return.

    This place is very welcoming and it has a Great staff and for sports night it might be a little loud but you will definitely get a great view of the events they are showing.

    Ordered hot wings and you can tell they had been sitting for awhile. Wings were not freshly cooked but yet they took 15 minutes to arrive. This is probably one of the worst BWW I've been too.

    Absolute HORRIBLE experience. Ordered delivery THROUGH THEIR APP and the delivery driver brought me the wrong order. After calling the driver, he returned, picked up the wrong order, and never returned with my order. Called the restaurant and they said they couldn't refund my money because "I ordered it through Doordash." Here's the thing, I don't have the doordash app or a Doordash account. So I'm sitting here two hours later with $60 charged to my account and NO FOOD. The manager refused to make it right. Do NOT do business here.

    Ordered the bacon smash hatch chili burger, they brought out a bacon burger and made it feel like I ordered the wrong sandwich when I am a constant B-dubbs customer and know there menu very well. After sending my incorrect sandwich back because it was wrong, they sent out the correct sandwich but left the same tater tots on the plate instead of making new ones. They basically used the same meat and everything they had on the incorrect sandwich on the new sandwich! For this area known for its upper class they sure fell short of any class expectations!
