I’ve had to wait 2 hours for my pickup order on a dead evening twice now. Just got a delivery from them, called to get help because DoorDash put their number as the sole number for help since b dubs was paid through the app and not DoorDash. Guy who manages was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. Seriously don’t even bother trying to get food from here. You’re wasting your time and should find somewhere better that will actually get your order right and help you if there’s any issues.
