Pulled up on a Saturday at 10 because it clearly states they are open until 11 and they were closed. It’s not the end of the world but damn can yall just do the basics?

Was told at the end of placing an order through the drive-thru that milkshakes were not available. There should have been a sign posted on the drive-thru sign stating no milkshakes. You're not McDonald's. Eight piece jalapeno poppers somebody needs to learn how to count to eight!! Missing a whole order of mac and cheese out of the bag. Poor customer service. Did not do a proper job making accommodations to fix the mistake on the same day!!! We must to be busy worrying about getting closed and out on time instead of giving a customer 20 minutes to come down and still be done before 11:00 p.m.!!
