  I've been there several times and no matter how busy they are the employees are trying their hardest to get customers in and out as quickly as possible . The food is always delicious. Ellie is always smiling no matter how cold she is. Lauren S was so kind to grab the extra sauces we needed because let's be honest that is the BEST! Thank you all Franklin staff members for a pleasant experience always! See you soon

  This location certainly has room to improve. The food is always great, but the service can be slow. I have been multiple times at different times of the day and I usually wait 15 minutes or more for my food. Hopefully as time goes on, the service will improve.

  This is a hard review. The food was good as usual but, the service was a little off. I am attributing this to this being a new location and training new staff. The staff was friendly, but really all over the place and really struggled to take my order. Cars behind me (I was in drive thru) was getting their food before me ( it was two cars who ordered after me). But like I said, I am contributing this to being a new location. I will go back for sure (Chick-fil-A has great chicken sandwiches) but, I will wait until they have been open a little longer and have had an opportunity to train their staff fully.

  This CFA location has a lot to learn to be the typical fast CFA drive thru line. Been here about 4-5 times thru the mobile thru lane and the workers keep letting all these cars stay trapped behind one care waiting for their food in the drive thru line. If one care is holding back a bunch of cars then they either need to direct that car to park or allow the car to pull forward more to allow all the cars behind out of the drive thru lane. I keep getting stuck in my car with my food and a crying baby for 5-10 mins because the workers don’t know how to work a proper CFA drive thru lane that should be super efficient.

  We decided to dine in this time after our last visit, where the drive-thru took about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the experience inside wasn’t much better—our food took around 25 minutes. I had to laugh a bit because, despite the long lines, most of the line seemed to be employees on break, and their orders were being taken ahead of customers. Meanwhile, the team at the counter looked overwhelmed, with customers just standing there waiting and unsure what was going on. A little more urgency and organization from the staff would go a long way. I’m sure they’ll get their processes worked out over time, but for now, I’ll probably avoid this location until things improve.
