  Food was cold and pickles not cooked all the way. Wont be back manager gave a 10% discount for the trouble could have had that for military discount always. Trash wont be back

  Service is too slow took over 1 hour for food and it wasn't even busy. Won't be back until management fixes things.

  Our waitress was older named Taylor and acted as if we couldn’t pay for our meals. She took our drink and food order immediately upon sitting down. Never asked about appetizers at all. After our drinks came out, she brought the check… before we got any of our food. My side came out before ANY of our food. We were paid and had been waiting for a while for our wings, when she finally brought them, they were lukewarm, my side was finished, and my order was wrong. We never saw her again. She didn’t ask if we wanted refills or how our food was. She was at the table adjacent to ours, I asked for a box and for 10 minutes we never got one. We got up and left. What an awful experience.

  I only do take out orders at this location, everytime I arrive it's about 50/50 there will be anyone at the counter. The wait times are often longer than what the app advertised. I've been helped by multiple diffrent employees all of them seem to act like I'm an inconvenience. Then most of the time there is something large missing from my order, usually sides like fries or chips. Then I have to wait until someone returns to the counter to in turn get a poor attitude when requesting what I ordered. I won't be returning for a very long time. If I decide to return I hope they will fix their service.

  Ordered food through the app took an hour to get it. There was no one in the restaurant I literally counted 4 tables with people. And then there were 2 at the bar, whoever was running, the counter was extremely rude and got upset when I asked for ranches as if that's not a normal thing, got home with my food missing.The large fry. I would recommend not going here the customer service is usually terrible. The food is very hit-or-miss. It's either great or trash. The weights are always terrible. No matter if they're busy or not, this is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to suffice to say, I will not be returning anytime soon If ever. By the way for the people who work there reading this was my fourth choice on a Sunday night when everything else was closed. Congratulations on continuing to prove to me. I should not go to your restaurant. Great work, you all deserve your paychecks
