    Ordered Janice’s. When she handed it out wa clearly vanilla. So I asked. Yeah. That’s Jamocha she said. I was working and so I drove away. Are my sandwich then… Yepp. Vanilla shake

    My fries look like they were cleaning out the fryer. Disgusting. My sandwich also barely had any meat on it. So disappointing

    senior citizen mother went in paid for a meal got home realized her fries were missing. called in they said they would write her name in a book to get her fries and a complimentary dessert she went in to get that and was denied. also why cant you answer the phone

    I ordered a large meal with a large curly fry and a large shake they gave me small everything and then the shake wasn’t even what I ordered and they said that’s just how it’s coming out, and said it was what I ordered and it wasn’t, the female manager on duty tonight between 8:45pm and 9:10pm said she couldn’t do anything about it, and I’m kinda frustrated at that, because I am a customer/guest and they made my experience very disappointing… I recommend getting better management to run your location before nobody starts going there
