  I bought a bacon roast beef sandwich and it was the most disgusting thing I ever had from there I only took 2 bites and put it in the trash. I loved jalapeño bits and there fries

  There were two employees behind the counter. A third was leaning on the drink counter. They were in a conversation. I went in to wash my hands. I walked to the counter where the three are now standing by the drive thru window. Zero customers at the drive thru, and only myself inside. One says she will be right with me as she walks to the kitchen area. The others follow her. They continue the previous conversation. A customer walks in behind me. They continue talking, I left without getting to order. *I was going to answer the info sent from the Arby's response, but this seems to be a common thing at this location based on other commentors.
