  My PREGNANT girlfriend was craving wings, we only had time to stop at this place as opposed to driving miles out of our way to Bdubs. She asks if they can mix sauces for her because the options are very limited. They say no so she walks out to the car and is about to just not get wings and we find something else. An employee follows her out of the restaurant and tells us that they can mix the sauces for her. We spend $40 on chicken wings just to find out 10 minutes down the road they DID NOT mix the wing sauces and simply placed them on the side like the original plan she did not agree to. I called the place and the manager was majorly combative and adamant about not mixing sauces. But we knew that! That’s why we chose not to spend our money with them, do not chase us out to the parking lot to create a false pretense of giving us what we asked for, so we spend our money at your restaurant. I work in service industry and having a guest fight coliseum rush our traffic to return to their store so they can throw the food away in the guests face before rendering a refund, and that’s it, is not in the guests best interest! What a waste of time, gas and most of all our patience. Will tell everyone who mentions a craving for wings to never go to this Wingstop. I would rather drive 15 minutes in either direction for wings than deal with these people ever again.

  The wings are really good, y’all aren’t stingy with your ranch like most places, and you actually know how to properly put on a temper sticker unlike most places (cough cough* Five Guys!). My only complaint is that you should trim off the fat at the end of your tenders because i usually get a mouthful of fat when i eat the ends of your tenders but aside from that good food, tasty ranch, tasty fries, and extra points for knowing how to properly put on a temper sticker

  Just ordered a specific order. They decided to make it how they like and argued with me when I called back to say it wasn’t what I ordered. The “mgr” is very unprofessional to continue to argue and ask me if I can bring the food back at 12midnight. When I tell him I’m at home and will not be leaving back out he says “well come tomorrow and I will replace chicken and fries and THATS IT!” Great, that’s all that was messed up and needed to be replaced. I never have an issue with Illinois Rd. I will not be back.
