  Bad experience. Been to Subway’s across the country & this was one of the worst experiences.

  On 3-28, I did a pickup order through the mobile app to be picked up at 4:50PM and I didn't get my order for almost 30mins There were only two people working behind the counter, the lady told me her coworker was working on my order and she just disappeared, leaving her coworker to handle all of the orders. This poor guy was busting his butt, trying to get the other sandwiches before me made in a timely manner, but he kept running out of fixings so he had to go run in the back for more. Mind you my subs were sitting on the assembly table the whole time not getting done, where did the lady go? She should've been helping him finish the orders before disappearing, leaving the guy alone to do all the work. This guy was so rushed he accidentally forgot to toast my subs, I don't blame him for that at all, I'm more mad at the lady for ditching her coworker, leaving him to do all the work. Not a great experience using the mobile app for the first time, give the guy a raise for the hard work he did.

  Online order was apparently never received after waiting for 30 mins. On my side it said it was being prepared.
