At 2:28 they took our order and at 2:39 came to payment window and told us they had a rush inside and that they still had to make some of our protein wraps. Extremely disappointed in the customer service at we waited 40 minutes and ended up leaving without even taking our food.
- FSF SFeb 28, 20265.0I’m hard of hearing and they’re very accommodating here. The guy working around 6 pm understood that I can’t talk and even talked louder so I’d be able to hear him. He was very patient and kind and took his time ensuring the sub was correct. He asked all the right questions (if I wanted it toasted, if I wanted the peppers and onions added before or after toasting, etc etc). The dining area was very clean, they seem hard at work as well despite it being slow. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Napkins and everything you need to dine in are in the dining room and well stocked. 10/10 recommend this subway.

What I like about this Subway💚✨️🥖 location is that it has a window where you can see the workers making your food in the drive thru which is super cool, efficient, and a good tool for customers. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
