  I ordered a pizza online tonight. Said would be ready in 35 minutes. Show up 40 minutes later and am told it had not even been put in the oven yet!!! Sit around for another 25 minutes and finally get my pizza. If you know you are that far behind at least have the curtosy to call the person and let them know the delay if your website is not updated, or at least give them a free pop or breadsticks while they are waiting for wasting their time! This location has always been great until about a month ago as this has happened twice now in the past month and never happened before. New manager?

  Pizza was 40 mins late for pickup. First they told me 10 minutes through the drive thru. Then I waited 10 and went inside to check. That person told me my pizzas hadn't even been put in the oven yet and told me 15 more mins. During that wait which turned out to be almost 30 mins I watched manager argue with a customer over a dollar more being owed to her in change. The manager insisted that his math was correct to the point of getting out a calculator to only then realize that the customer was correct. At least when my order was complete it was correct except for they forgot all the sauces.... Unfortunately that's strike 3 at this location so far this year. I'm out.

  Ordered take out over an hour ago.. showed up for pick up said wasn’t in system then finally found it.. checked in 15 minutes later and was told they hadn’t even put it in the oven… it was supposed to be ready almost 45 minutes ago.

  Called for carry out, person that showered was rude and never took my order, didn't and wouldn't disclose their name, terrible pizza hut. I'll never call them again..

  GREAT Pizza Hut and the employees are wonderful and great service!!
