While the manager initially offered a replacement, they were closing in 15 minutes, and I live too far away to make it in time. After leaving a review to Papa John's automated email regarding the incorrect order, the manager called me with a confrontational attitude this morning. When I tried to explain why I couldn't return that night, she bluntly hung up on me. Providing a wrong order is a mistake, but the unprofessional and rude behavior from management afterward is unacceptable.
