  I wish i could put a zero for how terrible everything was, the service was terrible everyone was rude and had no patience nor had any idea what they were talking about. Do better.

  I went to this location on Saturday around 7 or 8. I ordered a quarter pounder with no ketchup and I wanted to add Mac sauce. He read back my order to me and it was correct (including the no ketchup add mac sauce). I then went to the first window to pay and he told me if I wanted my receipt I need to get it at the second window… so after sitting at the second window for about three minutes, they told me to pull up to the third window And they would bring my food out to me. ( never got my receipt ). then I got my food and checked to make sure I had no ketchup and there was ketchup on my burger so I went back around to let them know that I didn’t want ketchup and they told me OK go to the second window.. as I was talking to the guy at the second window, he was explaining to me that the receipt never said no ketchup. so then he fixes the issue.. or so i thought he did. I can say he did ask them to remake it with no ketchup and add mac sauce, once i got my food again.. i got no ketchup and no mac sauce. I did not feel like going through the line again. It seems there every time I go to the location on Anthony they are always forgetting something with my food prior to this incident and I went and got a quarter pounder with bacon and got no bacon. It’s like The corporation is charging for extra stuff and not giving it to you. I will NOT be returning to this location whatsoever. Their people on the speaker are also rude and like to rush you when you order. This location needs to do better as a whole.

  Gave my food to the wrong car, but the fresh food they remade for me was good.

  I went To McDonald’s last night I ordered the family dinner. There was no condiments on it. I had no Petty on a bun I went back there. They were so rude. They hung up on me twice. The guy goes in remake. It brings the food back out. They still miss two items then he tried getting smart with us telling us that he’s the one that remade it and he knows there’s a double cheeseburger and a six piece in there. No there was not. I never even left I checked. Then he goes back and comes back out five seconds later I remade it. I don’t believe it. It was probably sitting in the window, but you wanted to be right I was already waiting for my food 25 minutes to a half hour. They were playing games back there and wasn’t paying attention. I will never go back to that McDonald’s ever again. They need to stop hiring highschoolers and they need to be shut down that McDonald’s is so gross.
