  The manager would not give me his name. So I cannot name him, but I will say. He was young dark brown hair had a McDonald’s baseball camp on. His hair must’ve been longer because he had it in a tied up at the bottom of the baseball cap. He had all black on a black jacket dark & rim glasses. I asked his name several times and he would not give it to me. Our service was absolutely the worst I’ve ever gotten at any McDonald and we go to McDonald’s at least once a day‼️ My order was a specialty coffee. I was told that they were cleaning the machine and I could not have one so I ordered a regular coffee. Which I stood and waited for a very, very long time. Then when he gave it back to me, I asked if I could have a refund because the coffee, a black coffee ,was somewhat cheaper than the coffee I had ordered. The manager came over and said no you’re not getting a refund. Then he went over and made my specialty coffee. I told him the guy said that the machine was being cleaned and I couldn’t have one. Which there was no reply to. My husband waited a long time for a ice cream cone, which was half melted before he got it and a large diet Coke. Upon getting the Coke, there was no lids for the large Coke Anywhere I went over back to the counter, and I asked for a larger lid which I was given, but not with a smile! Not happy at all.

  I was sad to find only 1 chocolate chip cookie in my order when it states there is supposed to be 3 in the order I normally order from the Mc Donalds on Coventry lane several times a month but the service seems to be getting worse. I think I will stop going there. Pam Robinson

  Listed open as 24/7 but for some reason with 3 workers there, they were only doing door dash.. pure laziness and most likely a lie because she couldn’t even explain to me why.

  Rushing to take order at the drive thru, not friendly at window, forgot BBQ sauce, fries half empty! Iced coffee overbearing caramel flavor, kid burger room temp had to microwave it. Bleh

  I’ve been going here several times and I’ve not had any issues, but tonight when I stopped in, they couldn’t make a McFlurry for me and told me that they were only doing DoorDash orders, so they would rather prioritize DoorDash over their own customers that placed a mobile order. So I just wasted my time driving there for nothing.
