  Went to this McDonalds and customer service was terrible. Nobody was at any of the windows for atleast 6 minutes. Also got our food and our buns were burnt, mayonnaise was on half of the sandwich, i did not get the extra pickles i asked for, and fries were left unsalted. Do not recommend.

  First time using the app and I had a lil trouble so I went to this one which was the closest. Manager approached me at the counter I asked for a lil help with the app. His words were idk how to use that thing. So I asked if he had an employee who could help me and he replied I’m short staffed. Confused on how they work for McDonald’s but cannot help the customer on using an app. Luckily my wife helped me but I’d hate to be an elderly person asking them for help.. horrible service and bad management. I just wanted some nuggets smh 🤔

  I don’t usually have any issues when I order late at night. I also don’t usually post bad reviews. Typically, the staff here are wonderful to me. Tonight however, I mobile ordered per usual. When I went to pick up my order, I was told (without any reason given, and it was said quite rudely) they would absolutely not be filling any orders other than DoorDash. Naturally, I parked my car and ordered DoorDash to my apartment, as my craving for a Big Mac was absolutely raging. I still don’t have any answers as to why, but my doordasher called me and asked me to cancel the order because they didn’t have it and he was still there. He said he did not know why, but they wouldn’t give him the order. Now, I have to wait up to a week for my refund of my mobile order AND contact DoorDash to get that refund as well. The combination of intense craving and immense hunger led me to tears. Went to Rally’s and their customer service was MUCH better than what I experienced here tonight. AT LEAST be nice about it and maybe, JUST MAYBE, stay true to your word when you say you’re accepting DoorDash orders.

  Treated me like shit gave me the wrong order then took back food that they aren't allowed to do and threatened me to where I almost called the cops.

  I asked for a large fry and instead of giving me a large fry they literally put two fries in a large container and handed to me in the bag and just walked away and I am glad I checked my food before leaving and then when I told them they told me that was a large
