  I’ve already done the survey, but I haven’t heard anything back so I figured I’d leave a review as well. I went to McDonald’s Tuesday, April 7th around 4:45pm. I noticed half the kiosks were not working, and every time I’ve went to this location there is never anyone at the register to take orders so I found that strange. Nevertheless, I ordered a large sweet tea, 4 McChickens no lettuce, 2 small fries, and a 2 pack of strawberry cream pies to take and see my boyfriend on his lunch break. I sat down at a table and while I waited for the food I couldn’t help notice how dirty the dining and drink area was. Straw wrappers everywhere, ketchup smears on the table and floor, onions and fries on the ground as well as trays of trash. I also observed someone come from behind the kitchen with a bloody nose. I know those type of things happen but with how dirty the front was I couldn’t help but wonder what the kitchen looked like. I waited for around 15 minutes when I overheard another customer ask “Does anyone have order #768?” I told her that was my order and she informed me it had been sitting there for a while now, but they never called it out. I also didn’t think this order was mine because there was a slushy right next to it that I didn’t order. I wait at the counter to ask for the sweet tea I ordered since there’s never any in the dining room for some reason. A young lady sets food down on the counter 2x, completely ignoring me and going back to what she was doing. A boy finally addressed me and I told him I’d just like the sweet tea I ordered. I finally leave and head to my boyfriends workplace, we unwrap the first McChicken and discover there’s cheese and lettuce on it. The fries were ice cold and tasted like there was no salt on them at all. The sweet tea tasted like dirty dishwater. I took one sip, spit it out and dumped the rest of the drink. The only decent things were the McChickens that were made correctly and the pies. All in all I paid $17 and waited around 20 minutes to throw half of the food away, and honestly felt uneasy eating any of it because of how dirty everything was but I didn’t wanna waste more food than I already had. It seems like every time I’ve went to this location, something is wrong and I’ve let it go because I used to work for McDonalds and I know things happen, but at this point going there is just asking to waste time and money. From now on, I will be driving the extra few minutes to go to the Stellhorn location.

  Drive through is the way to go. Ordering on the App is the way to let drive thru be most efficient.

  Every time I come here they mess up the order they have attitudes when you go back in and tell them about it this is by far the worst location I've been too

  The day this mcdonalds gets my oder right and doesn't make me spend almost 10 minutes waiting on food ill die of shock. That being said listening to people being baraded while sitting in the drive thru is classless and should not be tolerated thats just horrid management.

  It was very packed in the drive thru and they were running low on many items because so many people love their McDonald's breakfast. Thankfully, I went inside and ordered and if a certain item wasn't in stock with the item I ordered then they compensated so nicely and were very patient, even with so many people on edge that morning. The atmosphere was only lowered because a man came in and was very disrespectful and not understanding in the slightest. Besides him, the staff were wonderful! Thank you Michelle, you were very accommodating and kind!! <3
