  The worst McDonald's ever. Sat in the drive thru for 20 min before anyone even answered the intercom and still got told to sit tight they were short staffed. It's like this every morning I visit. Multiple people left the line because the wait was horrible

  Sit through the drive through and stand at the window for several minutes, then he tries to hand me the wrong order. I tell him what I order is that he has been pulled forward when it's one sandwich. I also ordered on the app before I got here so it should have been ready by the time I pulled up to any of the windows.

  Ordered my food, waited 35 minutes in the drive through. Was told that my food could not be provided. No refund.

  I ordered my food and it never came. I went and asked where my food was and they said they didn't have a memory of it. So I told them I was at that kiosk over there that ran out of receipt paper, so the guy looked up my order, and refunded me because I was going to just leave. It was terrible. Very dirty and messy French fries all over the place tables were not wiped down, and the lady was sleeping with gloves but then picking up the trash with her hands, and then I never saw her wash her hands before preparing food. It was disgusting

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This McDonald’s has one of the BEST kids play areas I’ve seen in a long time 🍟🎉 It was big, bright, and super clean — honestly one of the most well-kept locations I’ve come across. The lobby was spotless too. I didn’t check the bathrooms this visit, but everything else was clearly being maintained really well. Service was great 👏 If you wanted to order with a real person instead of the machine, the wait time was very fast. They didn’t leave anyone just standing there — the staff was paying attention and helping people quickly. I saw about four people order at the counter with no issues at all. And the food? They were pushing it out fast — like grandma on Thanksgiving when everybody’s hungry 😄🍔 Overall, clean, efficient, and kid-friendly. Definitely a 5-star visit for us!
