  When you place a mobile order a good amount in advance you somewhat expect it to be ready. But if not no big deal especially if they are busy. However, they were not busy and I still had to wait. Ok no big deal. But then everyone at each window is just so short with you and come off rude. Whatever they are teenagers working at McDonald’s that’s expected. Then they are “out of creamer” and give you packet creamer for your tea. Again whatever, then they don’t have the right kind of pie I ordered, it’s cool I’ll take the other kind you have. Then I go to check my bag and no sauce. But the time I wait 15 minutes to get my food about 3 cars are in line behind me. So I’m just going to inside and get my sauce. I stand there for 15 minutes, with multiple ppl walking past me as I try to get there attention. Eventually I just place a mobile order for the sauces so someone will acknowledge I’m standing there. It’s fast food, so I don’t expect much by any means and I’ve worked in fast food and serving so I usually give much more grace than most people. But when you work a 10 hour shift and then have multiple things wrong with your order and people walking straight past you when your asking for a packet of sauce and your at a McDonald’s for 30 MINUTES and you placed a mobile order 10 minutes before you got there and not a single person is line when you arrive. It presses a few buttons and I begin to lose my patience. I also regularly get breakfast or a drink form here on my way to work and the interaction I have in the morning is MUCH different and even if it takes a little bit of time they rarely forget anything and are nice!

  Tina is awesome lol, if you prefer shitty service she’s the manager for you. Thanks for everything you do except actually serving the customer.

  If I could do zero stars I would. This McDonald’s needs to be shut down. Workers do t pay attention they don’t get anything right. Food is always cold or burnt. They need all new management and employees. Didn’t even get my refund back after ordering on DoorDash so money wasted on something that should have been correct seeing it was on the receipt and they took forever making it. Very disappointed.

  Closed early for maintenance and didn’t post it in the app or google maps only on the door. They’re supposed to be open til 11 but worker made me cancel my own order in the drive thru at 10:01
