  First of all, their playlist had *no business* being such a vibe. Onto the important things. Our waitress Sharice was like a sherpa guiding me through the land of all you can eat. She checked on us frequently and made sure we were loving our food or had more coming. You should order ALL the cold appetizers. I loved the salmon tata because 1) it's delicious and 2) it's fun to say. A cautionary tale: get your own fried ice cream. Don't share with your table mates. Trust me. Their fried ice cream is elite because they use French vanilla ice cream. HIGHLY recommend this for a fun dining experience.

  My wife had been hearing nothing but good things about this restuarant so we decided to try it for a late lunch one day. Upon entering through the second set of doors, the calm atmosphere subtly takes hold through the relaxing and warm aesthetic. We were quickly seated and given menus to browse, though we were already certain we wanted to try the AYCE. We looked through the unexpectedly large variety of choices and placed our order. In what seemed like no time at all, our order was served. The food was excellent and left nothing to be desired for. (My wife was really impressed with the Clear Soup.) After finishing our first orders of sushi, we were asked if we'd like to try anything else so we made another selection. This is where we were a bit skeptical, as many places seem to intentionally make you wait a significant amount of time between orders. That wasn't the case at all, our next choices were brought out to us promptly. Literally the fastest service we've ever seen for a follow up order. Between the expedient service, soothing atmosphere, and excellent quality of the food, I would highly recommend Kanpai Sushi to anyone that likes sushi or hibachi.

  I have been here several times with my family and everything is always absolutely delicious. My family's favorite is the short ribs. They are so tender, juicy, and savory and they just melt in your mouth with how good they are. I personally enjoy the stuffed jalapenos and the takoyaki, they are delicious and full of flavor. The clear soup is even amazing, they have a great sushi selection but my wife and I thoroughly enjoy the flying dragon roll. We have never had a bad meal here but the price tag is pretty high for a family of five. We typically spend $120 every time we come here but it is always money well spent. I personally highly recommend this place and will continue coming here for years to come.

  If you're looking for amazing sushi, this is the place to be! The freshness of the fish is always impressive, and the food is consistently served quickly. But what really makes our visits special is our server, Matthew. His warm greetings and attentive service add a personal touch that enhances our dining experience. Matthew is always polite, kind, and ensures we never wait too long for anything. We can't recommend this spot enough! Be sure to request Matthew on your next visit!

  Really disappointed in the recent change to up charge for lunch on Fridays to a dinner price and now calling it “holiday” pricing. This was a favorite for us as a family for lunches before lent and now this feels almost discriminatory towards the religious observing in this town. It’s their right to raise prices for lent, but doesn’t make it right and feel less like extortion. Will the holiday pricing be over after lent? Shaking my head and going to another restaurant now. Had we known sooner we wouldn’t have wasted our time. Host was rude as well.
