  Figured 2pm was a decent time to get in and out, but this location was slammed and not handling it too well. Maybe this instance was a fluke, but Jimmy John's just does not have the throughput it used to. Freaky Fast is dead.

  Ordered at the wrong location, never got my order from this location. The GM said they would refund me my money, they never did. Then the GM told me he would put a $20 credit and it would go towards any of the franchise stores…that was FALSE another GM from another location told me it does not transfer from store to store. So not only did the GM downtown refuse to give me a refund, he also lied about the credit. Poor customer service, shitty experience all around!
