We went threw drive up and ordered sandwiches. Got home put in fridge for awhile done yard work. Went in to eat and they weren't even what we ordered. Ok were hungry so we eat. I swear for the money these sandwiches have gotten alot smaller. Very disappointed for 2 sandwiches for $23 and them be incorrect. No receipt in the bag to fill out complaint for order number. How convenient, lesson learned. We never have problems from dupont location but no drive thru.

This Coldwater Rd location should be closed. I visited the drive thru at lunch time. The line did not move for over 20 min. When I did get to the speaker to give my order, nobody greeted me. I finally just said "hello" and they only muffled something back. I should have just drove off right there. The car in front of me was sitting at the pickup window for over 10 min. This is now about 30 min total just to get a sandwich. Ridiculous. They were telling people in the drive thru to come around to park in the front and come inside to order. When I got to the window, I was told that my order was never even recorded, was told to also pull around to the front to come inside and wait inside. What is even happening at this point... Meanwhile, there are at least 4 people inside doing nothing. There was no apology, or wanting to make it right. They blamed it on the manager not working that day. I just drove away. Today, on April 8, I decided to give it another try. I pull up to the speaker. and again nobody greeted me. I waited 5 minutes and then just drove away. When I pulled away, I could see 1 person looking down at their phone through the window. Definetly the opposite of "freaky fast". What a joke...I give a lot of patience and grace to restaurant staff, but this was the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and sadly twice! Go to Crescent Ave. it's always great.
There I was, at the lowest point in my life, looking forward to Jimmy John’s delicious subs as a quick pick-me-up—but as I walked into the store, I realized I didn’t have enough to get the Bootlegger.
And I’m not talking about being a little short. No. I was tragically short. The kind of short where you start mentally negotiating with yourself like, can I wash the toilets for a just half a sub
As I was walking out Benjamin, the knight in shining armor saw my frown and told me “what can i get you, it’s on me”
Didn't want any onions on one sandwich and no sauce on the 2nd sandwich and they got both of those wrong, the staff didn't look like they have taken a shower in weeks with food on ones face like he just let a can of spaghetti plus hes at the register with a big knife for cutting brand and he was cutting the counter while attempting to take our order. They had boxes laying on the floor by the pop machine and was definitely not a clean and presentable establishment. The one was busting out a drum solo with the frozen bread stick
Jimmy John's is my new favorite. I asked for a recommendation and a guy told me that if I wanted to try something that is really good that only Jimmy John's has I should get an Italian club toasted with a little bit of hot peppers. Hands down was the best sub I had in a while.
I walked in during the busy time and was out the door in 2-3 minutes. Bread was soft, everything tasted great,
They didn't try too hard and I like that. The staff here isn't here to goof around, if you see them they're usually always working doing something and care more about the store.
they keep it real and are super laid back. I like that, No bs, Just quick in and out.
Chill people who are friendly,
store was clean,
Everything just feels taken care of here. Solid.
