Guadalupe's Mexican Grill, named after Our Lady of Guadalupe, are locally, family-owned, fast casual restaurants with a scratch, open-concept kitchens that have no cans, microwaves, or freezers. We prepare our recipes in-house, by hand daily. Recipes were crafted by Chef Carlos Zepeda who hails from Silao, Guanajuato Mexico.
