    No service in drive thru for over 30 minutes, not a single car. I went inside, no service for another 15 minutes. I even ordered ahead on the app. The manager looking lady kept saying how slammed they were while seemingly pacing back and forth. Idk how they were slammed when they weren't taking any orders inside or outside. Incompetent staff

    So I was here and grabbed a sausage egg muffin and should’ve checked before I left. When I got to my next stop, I took a bite into it and realized that it was missing something. Where is the egg? This is super disappointing and I can see why it gets the reviews it does. Also service was two. Thumbs down. There was one person working the register. She seemed to have to ask people to clarify the orders multiple times as if she was unaware of how to put certain things into the register. For example, a gentleman wanted the Halloween coupon books, and she had no idea how to put that in. Another person wanted to modify their sandwich and she kept on asking him, what would you like?

    Amazing experience! Had a problem with my order on my app, probably 100% user error - my fault. The worker was kind, patient, and helpful. So, shout out to Nykkya for being awesome and making my day better when it was not going well. Plus the food was fresh and tasty! Would highly recommend!

    Ordered a cobb salad in the drive thru. Drove 40 minutes home only to realize it was just lettuce, tomato, and a little bit of shredded cheese. It was missing everything else! No chicken, bacon, or French fried onions! I paid $8 for basically lettuce and a tomato.
